Manage contractors, including payments, scheduling and deliverables
Assist with content generation, such as conducting research, drafting presentations and managing video production
Assist with writing and editing RevLab materials, including newsletters, site posts and project reports
Field and track inbound inquiries to match them with appropriate resources
Serve as a resource to news outlets looking for help with their businesses and a connector to information and resources in and out of RevLab
You are a positive and strong communicator (verbal and written) and understand how to keep team members informed
You are enthusiastic about developing solutions around challenging projects
You are meticulous and well organized
You have strong planning and organizational skills; project management certification strongly preferred
You have excellent interpersonal skills and don’t shy away from tough conversations when required to get the job done
You are entrepreneurial, good at managing your time, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
You are flexible and able to switch gears as needed, while keeping projects moving forward
Knowledge of the journalism industry is a big plus
We know there are great candidates who won’t check all of these boxes, and we also know you might bring important skills that we haven’t thought of. If that’s you, don’t hesitate to apply and tell us about yourself.
